Supported by the Ville de Montréal, the Centre d’expertise industrielle de Montréal (CEI MTL) is an initiative of the Ministère de l’Économie et de l’Innovation and of Développement économique Saint-Laurent. In the heart of Montréal’s Saint-Laurent borough, the Centre d’expertise industrielle de Montréal (CEI MTL) is a hub for all Québec industrial innovation stakeholders.

Our mission? To foster the digital transformation of Québec manufacturers from the island of Montreal, Laval and the North Shore.

This program, subsidized by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, identifies opportunities for digital project with high potential among manufacturing SMEs.

Phase 1 – Analyze
Digital business diagnostic, analysis of 1 or 2 issue-specific processes and strategic planning review.

Identify projects with high digital potential.

Proposal of a digital action plan to implement prioritized solutions.

The industrial engineering and digital technology experts of CEI MTL offer up to 50 hours of support, spread over a
maximum of 2 months*, at a cost of $ 1,000 (actual value $ 5,000).
